Application and Recruitment Rules

Documents must be submitted via the application form here
All candidates must submit the following mandatory documents:

  • Candidate application form
  • A photocopy of the language proficiency certificate (if applicable)
  • Language exam results from the Language Study Center at PWr (if applicable)
  • Declaration for final-year undergraduate students that they will apply for admission to second-cycle studies at the same faculty
  • Candidates may attach optional documents showing exceptional academic or organizational activity, e.g., a certificate of involvement in the Erasmus Student Network.

The following aspects are evaluated:

  • GPA
  • Language proficiency, confirmed by a language certificate or exam results from the Language Study Center at PWr
  • Year and semester of study
  • Studies conducted in English at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering
  • Participation in Double Degree programs at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering

Yes, the leading candidates chosen for the trip must submit an Individual Study Plan (Equivalency Table) and a Learning Agreement signed by the partner university for study abroad.

Candidates in their final semester must submit a declaration that they will apply for admission to second-cycle studies at the same faculty after completing their current studies.

Suppose a candidate does not have a language proficiency certificate. In that case, they can take a language exam at the Language Study Center at PWr. The results of this exam will be accepted as proof of language proficiency. Alternatively, a screenshot of the grade from USOS can be submitted.

No, it is an optional document that may improve the candidate's chances but is not required for recruitment participation.

Suppose a candidate from the main list withdraws. In that case, the available spot will be offered to the candidate on the reserve list who applied for that particular university and has the highest score according to the recruitment criteria.
