The Power Electronics and Drives (PEAD, https://www.ped.pwr.edu.pl ) journal has been positively evaluated for inclusion in SCOPUS.

After two unsuccessful applications, in 2019 and 2022, as a result of the last application in February2025, the Scopus Title Evaluation Team positively assessed our journal Power Electronics and Drives and decided to include it in the Scopus database (5.04.2025).

Thus, another milestone (after its inclusion in the prestigious Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) within the Web of Science Core Collection in October 2024) has been achieved and from now on PEAD will be indexed in both of the most renowned indexing databases for scientific journals.

This success was achieved through intensive work by the journal's editorial office, related not only to meeting all formal requirements regarding the review process of the articles, their editing and form, but also to acquiring new authors and renowned Associate Editors and organizing special sections. All of this resulted in an increase in the journal's citations and thus in a positive assessment by Scopus experts.

We attribute this remarkable achievement to the unwavering support and dedication of our esteemed journal editors, diligent reviewers, talented authors, and avid readers. This moment would not have been possible without the invaluable contributions of each of you.
